A lawsuit was filed on July 5 in Harris County District Court against Weather Pro’s Air Conditioning. The AC company is cited as violating the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, breach of warranty, negligence and breach of contract.
Weather Pro’s Air Conditioning’s faulty installation of an air-conditioning and heating system caused water to be sucked up by the blower motor and blown to the ceiling, resulting in a mold infestation.
