A nine-day court trail last week in Miami cleared Toyota Motor Corp and its U.S. holdings of any wrongdoing in relation to owners complaints of noxious stink coming out of plaintiffs’ AC vents. Plaintiffs in the case failed to prove the cars produce foul air as a result of moisture settling intp the evaporator, the suit states. or that they were mislead by Toyota or its agencts.
