Mold California Style

The Board of Equalization in Sacramento California is currently housed in a 24 story leaky, flooding building with falling windows, rampant mold and now free-falling elevators. The board is working on Democrats working on a bill to authorize moving out or leasing out the building (which is in need of a cool 68 million worth of repairs.) In spite of empty pockets in the state coffers, rather than finding some empty cheap big box warehouse and adding cubicles, California will probably throw more millions away on this raggedy building before spending another hundred or million or so to build a showcase on expensive real estate somewhere.
