Siena condominium complex in Montclair
Montclair township council assigned the redevelopment project of the DCH auto dealership property to the developer of the moldy Siena building. But so far, onlymold comes true in Montclair in spit of Siena condo’s slogan, “Dreams come true here.”
An environmental report done in a damaged Siena condo took thirteen samples of mold, and black mold, all of which back with “very high levels or extremely high levels of mold spores, and the majority of them were extremely high levels.” The town council seems to have ignored or been unaware that they were pouring tax dollars to a contractor with this kind of history.
