Mold Moves Neosho, Mo City Offices OUT

Mold found in the courtroom and the office area attributed to years of roof issues and moisture has caused the crucial offices to be moved to two vacant offices located at Neosho City Hall, 203 E. Main, in the next few weeks.

From the book covers in the east file room, to the water stains on ceiling tiles and in the attic, from the mold along the back wall, floors and foyer wall, to the foyer, a local mold inspector recorded significant mold, due to a leak in guttering and a hole in the brick at the foundation level.

The city can’t afford repair. So they’re moving.

Ironically, this the same building was vacated by police a few years ago. Repairs were been cost-prohibitive then, too.

If this is your situation too, and you’re in California, you might want to give us a call and see about getting an assessment from Byebyemold.
