Mold Strikes Apartment Dwellers in Battle Creek

Fifty-five units of the Glenwood Trace Apartments are empty after the city vacated them due to excessive mold and other violations. Inspections of the 12 units left occupied will commence next week, and may lead to more displacements.

It is up to the complex to bring the units up to par. In the meantime, the apartment owners are looking for alternative housing for the de-homed tenants.

If you have mold and you’re in California, you might want to give us a call and see about getting an assessment from Byebyemold.
