Mold occurs naturally, so if you want to control it, you can always control it naturally.
Mold spores are in outdoor air. If you want to lessen the quantity of spores in your house, secure your home against drafts, and filter any air intake to prevent the entry of spores. You won’t entirely eliminate spores. In fact, you’ll only lessen the amount a small degree from the number of outside spores-but every little bit helps/
Mold likes warm moist environments. If you want to lessen the chance of it taking root in your nooks and crannies, dry your nooks, and scrub your crannies. Don’t provide the warm moist environment. Since mold likes the same temperatures you do (as a human), control moisture and humidity and you will be well on the way to controlling mold.
Doing so will help prevent the respiratory problems, fatigue, headaches, pneumonia, greater susceptibility to other infections, sinus congestion, skin problems, and ear, nose and throat irritation that comes from mold exposure, and mold allergy.
