–CHARLOTTE, N.C. –Flash floods in North Carolina have led to a state of emergency. Eight inches of rain have pushed hundreds out of their residences. North Carolinians are facing the uphill battle of getting the water out of their homes as quickly as possible in an attempt to prevent mold and other issues.
